At BioPeak Pharma, we want every order to be handled carefully and every customer to have a clear understanding of our return and refund process. Because our products are intended for laboratory research, certain products may not be eligible for return once they have been shipped or received.

Please review the following policy before placing an order.

1. Order Accuracy

Customers are responsible for reviewing their order carefully before completing checkout, including:

  • Product name

  • Quantity

  • Product specification

  • Shipping address

  • Contact information

  • Selected delivery option

If you notice an error shortly after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to correct an order before it has been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, changes may no longer be possible.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or contains an incorrect item, please contact BioPeak Pharma promptly.

To help us investigate the issue, we may request:

  • Order number

  • Photographs of the packaging

  • Photographs of the product received

  • A description of the issue

  • Any relevant shipping information

After reviewing the information, we may offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund where applicable.

3. Products Damaged During Delivery

If a package appears damaged when delivered, please document the condition of the package before opening it whenever possible.

If the contents have been damaged during transit, contact us promptly with photographs and your order information.

We will review the matter and work with the relevant shipping provider where necessary.

4. Returns

Because research materials may require controlled handling and specific storage conditions, returns are generally not accepted for opened, used, altered, or improperly stored products.

Unopened products may only be eligible for return where BioPeak Pharma has confirmed the return in advance.

Do not send a product back without first contacting us and receiving return instructions.

5. Non-Returnable Products

Unless required otherwise by applicable law, the following may not be eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened products

  • Used products

  • Products that have been tampered with

  • Products stored outside the recommended conditions

  • Products damaged after delivery through improper handling

  • Products returned without prior authorisation

  • Custom or specially prepared orders

  • Products where the applicable return period has expired

6. Refunds

Where a refund is approved, the refund will generally be issued using the original payment method where reasonably possible.

Processing times can vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution. BioPeak Pharma does not control the time required for a third-party payment provider to complete a refund.

Shipping charges may not be refundable unless the refund relates to an error, damaged shipment, or another circumstance for which BioPeak Pharma accepts responsibility.

7. Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as quickly as possible after placing it.

We will attempt to accommodate cancellation requests received before processing or dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address during checkout.

If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be reshipped.

9. Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the selected shipping provider.

If tracking indicates that a package has been delayed or appears lost, please contact us so we can review the shipment and, where appropriate, contact the carrier.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees, as delays can occur because of weather, customs, carrier disruptions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

10. Research-Use Products

Products available through BioPeak Pharma are intended for legitimate laboratory research and educational purposes and are not intended for human consumption or self-administration.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their purchase and intended research activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, institutional requirements, and import restrictions.
